is a slower, gentler way to stretch and tone. We'll
explore warmups and poses in a softer, less strenuous
manner. students will learn ways to increase flexibility
and balance as they relax body and mind. |

strengthen, and tone your body as you release tension
and stress. Find ways to "let go", exploring
movement and stillness. |

breath with movement. Explore fluidity as well as
longer holdings of postures. As you feel more grounded
and centered, you'll find the steadiness and joy in

levels of meditation practitioners will be guided
through simple methods of tantric awareness. Class
will incorporate different meditation techniques including
breathwork and guided imagery, as well as the use
of sound. Gain an understanding of the chakra system
which will help to increase body-awareness. No experience
