Kids' Yoga (ages 5-11)
Explore ways to raise and lower energy through breath and movement. This structured, yet playful class offer, creative ways for kids to stretch, focus, balance, have fun, and RELAX.
Yoga & Meditation

Calm your mind by accessing the theta brainwave patterns. Connect body/mind with spiritual energy for heightened awareness and clarity. Experience the proven physical and emotional benefits of meditation. This1 1/2 hour class will warm your body with basic yoga asanas. The end of class is time for Pranayama (breath work) and seated meditation.

Mellow Yoga for Relaxation

This is a slower, gentler way to stretch and tone. We'll explore warmups and poses in a softer, less strenuous manner. students will learn ways to increase flexibility and balance as they relax body and mind.

Moderate Yoga

A well-rounded class, great for all levels. come stretch, strengthen, and tone your body as you release tension and stress. Find ways to "let go", exploring movement and stillness.

Vigorous Yoga

A high energy class- invigorating and challenging. Link breath with movement. Explore fluidity as well as longer holdings of postures. As you feel more grounded and centered, you'll find the steadiness and joy in your practice.

Meditation

All levels of meditation practitioners will be guided through simple methods of tantric awareness. Class will incorporate different meditation techniques including breathwork and guided imagery, as well as the use of sound. Gain an understanding of the chakra system which will help to increase body-awareness. No experience necessary.
